Increased program impact and increased service revenue from $3.7 M to $6.7M between 2012 and 2019. Successfully evaluated a prospective acquisition and managed operational aspects of the merger from the initial research though full integration. Oversaw IT strategy and implementation including upgrade to 100% cloud based servers. This allowed rapid ramp up of telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic and ensured service continuity in essential service areas.

Developed scorecards of lead and lag indicators to enhance program management at all levels of the organization from direct care to executive management. Led staff in the development of annual operational plans and budgets. Ensured adherence to the strategic plan, delivered status reports to the board. Analyzed marketing needs and set up systems for lead tracking, printed media planning and event planning. Provided clients with high quality, cost effective publications. Produced original illustrations for clients by hand, photography, digital imaging.
Developed promotional materials for gallery openings and performance events. Developed donor and member databases for nonprofit organizations. These systems allowed better tracking of impact and analyses of program indicators including outcomes and financial performance.
Interviewed program participants, wrote success stories and produced fundraising materials and newsletters to communicate impact and increase giving.
